Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We are based in Brazil! We offer fast domestic shipping to all Brazilian states and territories, and we ship internationally to the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Mexico.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our delivery times depend on where you are located:
- Domestic (Within Brazil):Express (SEDEX): 1 to 3 business days to most capitals and major metropolitan areas.Standard (PAC): 5 to 10 business days (can take up to 15 to 20 days for remote regions).
- International (US, Canada, Argentina, Mexico):Standard International: 5 to 12 business days, depending on your local customs clearance times.Express International: 3 to 5 business days.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, we will email you a tracking link.
- For domestic orders, you can track your package directly on the Correios platform.
- For international orders, you can track it via our site or your country’s local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Correo Argentino, or Correos de México) once it clears customs.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase!
- Domestic Returns (Brazil): You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a free return for any reason (under Brazilian Consumer Defense Law - Direito de Arrependimento), and up to 30 days for exchanges on unused items.
- International Returns (US, CA, AR, MX): We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our warehouse team processes orders quickly, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email our support team immediately with the subject line "URGENT: CANCEL" along with your order number.
Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
- For Brazil deliveries: No import taxes apply, as we ship locally.
- For US, Canada, Argentina, and Mexico deliveries: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT/sales tax), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are established by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We process payments in Brazilian Real (BRL), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Mexican Pesos (MXN), and Argentine Pesos (ARS).
We accept:
- Pix and Boleto Bancário (for our customers in Brazil).
- All major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard).
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
